Directions:

  1. Coat pieces with grated romano or parmesan
  2. Place in baking dish
  3. Cheese
  4. Saute garlic and onion in butter
  5. Add spinach to wilt
  6. Add bell pepper
  7. Stir in flour
  8. Add milk all at once and bring to boil, stirring
  9. Pour over coated fillets
  10. Baked uncovered at 350 for 40-45 min
