Chicken Fajitas

High protein, authentic tasting Chicken fajitas, relatively low in saturated fat and sugar
Ingredients:
16 ounces chicken breast
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
1 medium tomato, diced
1 medium sweet green pepper, sliced
1/2 cup low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
5 whole wheat tortilla
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
Directions:
1. 1) Grill whole chicken breasts in a grill pan. Use some of the oil if using grill pan.
2. 2) Remove Chicken from pan and slice in 1/2 inch slices
3. 4) On medium heat, add rest of the oil into the grill pan, heat and add the 9eppers, onions and cumin. When vegetables are half done, add the grilled chicken slices and cook until vegetables are done, mixing together while cooking
4. 5) On warm Tortilla, add chicken, vegetable mixture, diced tomatoes (or Salsa) Sour cream and cheese.
5. (To avoid using oil, grill chicken on BBQ grill, and cook vegetables in non-stick pan, using oil spray.)
