From Brad's Family Cookbook
Ingredients:
2 cans cream of chicken soup, condensed
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup peppers, green
12 corn tortillas
2 cups cooked boneless skinless chicken
1/4 cup peppers, jalapeno
Directions:
1. Cook tortillas in hot oil until soft (3 รข?? 5 seconds each side).
2. Drain on paper towels.
3. Mix soup, sour cream, chiles and together and heat on low.
4. Dip tortillas in sauce and fill with 1 T meat & cheese.
5. Roll and put in 9x12 baking pan.
6. Pour remaining sauce over top and remaining cheese on top of sauce.
7. Heat in oven at 350 degrees until bubbly.
