quick and easy!! So delicious, it'll brighten anyone's day
Ingredients:
2 (12 ounce) cans chicken
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa (i prefer pace thick and chuncky, mild)
20 tortillas
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
1 cup mexican cheese
1 (4 ounce) can black olives
1 pint sour cream (to taste)
Directions:
1. mix chicken and salsa. Wrap mix in tortillas and put in a baking dish. Cover tortillas with heavy whipping cream and bake in over at 350 for approximately 30 minutes.
2. Add shredded cheese and return to over for 5 minutes.
3. Let cool, top with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
