Chicken Egg-Drop Soup

Fat-Flush-friendly soup recipe.
Ingredients:
8 oz raw chicken breast, cubed
4 c chicken broth
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp ginger root, minced
1/2 carrot, julienned
1/2 head napa cabbage, shredded
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 onion, sliced thin
2 eggs
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 cayenne to taste
Directions:
1. Simmer ginger and garlic in broth for 10 minutes. Add chicken and simmer until cooked through. Add carrot, celery and onion and simmer 10 minutes. Add cabbage and simmer 5 min.
2. Beat egg and drizzle into simmering soup. Sprinkle with cilantro and cayenne and serve.
