Chicken-Curry Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups boiling water
1 (3 ounce) package dry chicken noodle soup mix
1 cup instant rice
1 cup celery, chopped
2 tablespoons onions, chopped
1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup crushed pineapple
3/4 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Add soup mix and rice to boiling water. Cover and simmer until water is absorbed. Stir to fluff. Cover and set aside for 15-20 minute When rice mixture is cold, add all remaining ingredients. Blend well. Cover and chill thoroughly.
