Chicken Curry

This is one of my more complex dishes but it is soooo good!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup onion, finely chopped
1 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups water
3 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon soya sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups cooked chicken
Directions:
1. Sauté the onion and celery in the olive oil until tender.
2. Mix flour into the sautéed ingredients and stir constantly for about 1 minute.
3. Remove from heat and blend in the chicken broth and water.
4. Add curry powder, paprika, soy sauce and garlic powder and mix well.
5. Gently stir in chicken and serve over rice.
