Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in large pot over med flame.
  2. Add in sliced onions and fry 3-5 min, until very soft.
  3. Add garlic/ginger paste and fry an additional minute.
  4. Add in all the spices and fry for 3 minute.
  5. Add the chicken pieces and stir and fry for 5-7 minute.
  6. Add yogurt, coconut milk, and tomato sauce
  7. Cover and simmer 45 min- 1 hour, until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Serve with rice and naan for a real treat.
  9. Enjoy.
