Chicken Curry

This is a recipe I got from a dear friend. I have no idea from where she got it, but it's delicious!
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-in cubes
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 -2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Directions:
1. Brown chicken in non-stick skillet.
2. Add spice mixture.
3. Add chicken broth.
4. Bring to boil.
5. Reduce to low heat, and simmer 45 minutes to an hour.
6. Mix cornstarch with water. Add to mixture. It should thicken into a nice gravy.
7. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
