Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl, one at a time.
  2. Keep aside.
  3. Put the baked corn in a bowl.
  4. Add cream and butter to it.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add chicken.
  7. Add salt, mace powder and black pepper powder.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Grease an oven-proof dish.
  10. Pour the above prepared mixtures of eggs and chicken-corn in the oven-proof dish.
  11. Garnish with tomato slices and carrots.
  12. Bake for 40 minutes at 150 degrees C.
  13. Serve hot with rotis or parathas.
