Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces
  2. Toss chicken pieces in 2 tablespoons of flour until well-coated, adding more if necessary
  3. In a well-oiled large skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken for 6 to 8 minutes turning once or until just cooked through
  4. Remove and set aside, tenting with foil to keep warm
  5. Reduce heat and whisk in remaining 2 talbespoons flour into remaining oil in the pan, adding a little more if the pan is particularly dry, until flour is absorbed
  6. Add chicken broth, increase heat, and bring to a simmer
  7. Scrape up any bits of flour stuck to pan
  8. Cook until sauce begins to thicken, stirring frequently
  9. Add chicken and ham to pan and stir to coat
  10. Sprinkle Swiss cheese on top and cover
  11. Reduce heat to low and cook for 1-2 minutes until cheese melts
