Chicken Chow Mein in the crockpot
Ingredients:
16 ounces chicken breast
1 onion, chopped
2 cups chopped celery
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup soy sauce
10 ounces bean sprouts
6 ounces bamboo shoots
6 ounces water chestnuts
10 ounces baby corn
6 ounces mushrooms
3 tablespoons molasses
Directions:
1. put in crockpot, let cook on high until done (about 4 hours)
2. serve over rice or chow mein noodles
