Ingredients:
1 tablespoon light olive oil
500 g ground chicken
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 onion, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 cup sliced frozen green beans, left to thaw
1/4 cabbage, finely shredded
1 (45 g) packet dried chicken noodle soup
1 1/2 cups water
Directions:
1. Heat oil, and lightly cook the mince.
2. Add all other ingredients, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
