1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
salt |
2 small tortillas, whole grain |
3 ounces cooked chicken |
1/2 cup red bell pepper, sliced |
Directions:
1. Mix parsley, garlic, oil, vinegar, red pepper flakes and salt. Spread on tortillas; add chicken and pepper. |
