Chicken Chili Verde

Ingredients:
3 lbs boneless,skinless,chicken breasts, cut into peices
2/3 cup all purpose flour
a little olive oil or canola oil for frying
1 red onion large chopped big
3 garlic cloves, beat with aknife blade
2 serano chilies optional but you must yes you do do it
5 poblanos medium coursley chopped
2 cup chicken broth
15 tomatillos medium husked an quartered
3 tbl oregano
1 tbl ancho chili powderr
1 1/2 tbl ground cummin
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 cup cilantros chopped course
green onions chopped including stems
sour cream cheese and tortilla chips
Directions:
1. Wash and pat dry the chicken. be carefull of the cooking surface.
2. wash all completly. or the chicken /salmilnilla police will get you
3. dredge in flour,shake off excess-salt an pepper
4. into a large skillet-med heat-1/4 inch oil
5. saute both sides till brown-golden brown repeat till all chicken is done
6. put in a large roasting pan- with a tight lid
7. use same skillet-heat a little more oil med high heat-add onion,garlic saute soft. add to roaster pan
8. little more oil- add peppers saute till soft
9. add to roaster pan
10. add all the rest- except cilantros,onions
11. bring to boil -turn down reduce to a simmer
12. simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until thickens
13. stir cilantro into mixture
14. transfer to a large serving bowl
15. top with green onions chopped
16. sour cream cheese and tortilla chips on the side
17. note::try with beef an pork mixed or just pork-cook a little longer till really tender
