Ingredients:
8 oz chicken breasts (2 kroger frozen breasts)
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
5 ounce kidney beans, (15oz can)
4 3/10 ounce black beans, (15oz can)
82 ounces tomatoes, (4 x 14.5oz cans w/chilis)
4 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons chili powder
Directions:
1. Place chicken and 2 cans of tomatos in slow cooker on low, along with spices.
2. After 8 hours shred chicken with two forks.
3. Once chicken shredded, add remaining tomatos, beans, and chopped onion and pepper.
4. Cook for 1-2 more hours on low.
