Ingredients:
453 g cauliflower
486 g potato
41 g thai curry paste
486 g chicken breast, raw, meat only
400 ml coconut milk
Directions:
1. boil vegetables. set asise. heat a little water, add curry paste.
2. Add veg and chicken, simmer.
3. Add coconut milk once chicken is white. Simmer for 10 minutes or until sauce has desired consistency.
