Chicken Casserole

Delicious casserole...with lots of flavour and crunch! Can be frozen before baking.
Ingredients:
3 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
1 1/2 cups nuts, chopped (toasted, slivered almonds)
3 cups cooked rice (long grain best)
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
3 tablespoons onions, chopped
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 teaspoon salt (can be omitted)
3/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 chicken, bouillion cubes
3/4 cup water
potato chip, crushed
Directions:
1. Dissolve bouillion cubes in water.
2. Combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly. (Save a few almonds & chips for the top).
3. Place in a 9 x 14 casserole.
4. Cover with crushed potato chips and almonds.
5. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes or until heated through.
