Ingredients:
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cups chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup toasted almond (slivered)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup crushed ritz cracker
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
Directions:
1. Mix and spoon into casserole dish. Top with:.
2. 1 1/2 C shredded Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 C crushed Ritz crackers mixed with:.
3. 1 T. butter or margarine.
4. Bake at 350°F until crumbs are golden.
