Ingredients:
1 package(s) bacon
3/4 pint(s) chicken broth
4 piece(s) chicken legs (with skin)
4 teaspoon(s) garlic, minced
3/4 pint(s) heavy cream
parmesan cheese (optional)
1 package(s) pasta
Directions:
1. Cut up the bacon into inch-long slices. Without using oil, brown the bacon in a pan. When finished, take it out and leave it in a paper-toweled bowl.
2. Without emptying the leftover bacon oil, use the same pan to cook your chicken, skin-side up.
3. Add garlic to your chicken as it is cooking (approx. 1 teaspoon to each chicken).
4. In a separate pot, bring the heavy cream and chicken broth to a boil, then simmer.
5. Add the cooked bacon & garlic from your chicken into your sauce pot.
6. Cook pasta.
7. Optional: Right before serving the sauce, cook the parmesan cheese into the pot to cook until melted.
8. Place the cooked pasta into individual plates.
9. Place chicken on top of pasta.
10. Serve cream sauce individually.
