Chicken Caesar Mustard on Spinach |

Simple and healthy for you! Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts (diced) |
1 cup broccoli (chopped) |
1 cup green pepper (chopped) |
1 cup zucchini (chopped) |
1 cup asparagus (chopped) |
1/2 cup mushroom (chopped) |
baby spinach |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
1 tablespoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon vegetable seasoning |
1 cup light caesar salad dressing |
1/2 cup mustard |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, fry chicken with garlic powder and onion powder with the vegetable seasoning. After the chicken is cooked, add in all vegetables minus the spinach. Fry for 5 ,minutes. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the caesar dressing and mustard, blend well. 3. Place handful of spinach on plate then add the seasoned chicken & vegetables. Top with dressing! |
