Directions:

  1. Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. Place chicken in a 10- x 6- x 2- inch baking dish; arrange broccoli over chicken. Set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add chicken broth and whipping cream; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and curry powder. Pour sauce over broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese; cover with cracker crumbs.
  3. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve hot.
