Chicken, Broccoli, and Cashew Stir-Fryishness

Quick, recipe called for soba noodles but whole wheat angel hair is just as good
Ingredients:
3 cups small broccoli florets with short stems (' 1/2 lb crowns)
2 large carrots, cut into thin diagonal slices (' 2 cups)
5 oz whole wheat angel hair pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 breasts boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (6 oz each), sliced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
3 medium scallions, thinkly sliced (' 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup cashews (3 oz)
Directions:
1. Bring large pot of water to a boil. Add broccoli, carrots, and noodles. Cover and cook until vegetables are crisp tender (3-5 minutes). Drain, transfer to medium bowl, and cover loosely with wax paper.
2. Healt olive oil, ginger, and garlic in wok or large non-stick skillet over med-high heat. Cook, stirring, until garlic starts to turn golden, about 1-2 minutes. Add chicken, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir fry 4-5 minutes or until cooked through. AAdd scallions and stir fry 1 minute more.
3. Stir in noodles, veggies, and broth and heat through.
4. Sprinkle each prtion with 2 tablespoons of the cashews.
