Very simple and heart healthy recipe
Ingredients:
6 chicken breasts, trimmed
1 cup ketchup
6 tablespoons honey
6 lemon slices
pepper
spices
Directions:
1. Blend honey and ketchup and pour over each breast.
2. Sprinkle pepper and any other spices desired over each breast.
3. Top each breast with a lemon slice.
4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for no more than 1 hour.
