Chicken Breast With Grand Marinier Sauce

Deep fry chicken breasts serve with a grand marnier sauce.
Ingredients:
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 cup flour
oil
1/4 cup sweet butter
1 orange, zest of
1/2 cup onion, minced
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
1 tablespoon lemongrass, finely minced
3 ounces grand marnier
1 cup fresh orange juice
Directions:
1. Heat some oil to 350?.
2. In a mixing bowl combine salt, sugar, white pepper, garlic, ginger and flour together.
3. Place the chicken breast onto a baking sheet and season with the seasoning mix.
4. Lightly coat the chicken breast and deep fry to a light golden brown. Drain onto paper towel.
5. Place the chicken breast onto the baking sheet.
6. Preheat oven to 350 degree. .
7. Heat a skillet adds butter until it starts to turn to a light brown. Add orange zest, onion, ginger and lemongrass and stir-fry until the onion is tender. Pour in the Grand Marnier Liqueur and orange juice. Reduce the sauce down by half. Pour over the chicken breast and bake for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
