A very healthy delicious soup.
Ingredients:
1/2 head raw green cabbage
2 ounces cooked chicken breasts
1 red bell pepper
3 tablespoons salsa
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup pinto beans
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 minced garlic clove
4 cups water
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients.
2. bring to boil.
3. simmer for 10 minutes.
4. serve!
