Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a casserole dish, mix up the minced artichokes, mayo, red pepper flakes and parmesan.
  2. Melt the butter and fry the garlic.
  3. Mix garlic in with the mayo mixture.
  4. Place chicken in the casserole. Spoon the mayo over top of the chicken.
  5. Mince the bacon and mushrooms. Place over the chicken.
  6. Cook 400 for 30-40 minute (till the bacon browns and chicken is cooked through.
