Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 package sliced bacon
2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons chili powder
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Cut bacon slices into thirds.
3. Wrap each cube with bacon and secure with toothpicks.
4. Mix sugar and chilil powder. Dredge chicken through mixture. Place chicken on greased broiler pan rack.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
