Greek flavors abound in this tast,tender slow cooker chicken. Makes a great weeknight meal over noodles or rice.
Ingredients:
6 boneless,skinless chicken breast halves(about 6oz ea)
2 med. onions,chopped
1/3c sun-dried tomatoes(not packed in oil),chopped
1/3c pitted greek olives,chopped
2tbs lemon juice
1tbs balsamic vinegar
3 garlic cloves,minced
1/2tsp salt
Directions:
1. Place chicken in a 3qt. slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients.
2. cover and cook on low for 4 hours or till meat thermometer reads 170.
