Chicken Artichoke Casserole

This recipe is one of my family favorites. The combination of the parmesan cheese , chicken and artichoke is wonderful! I will post picture tonight as it is in the oven as I write this!
Ingredients:
4 whole chicken breast
1 10-ounce package frozen artichoke hearts(can use the kind in a jar too)
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
2 1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup dry white wine or vermouth
4 cups cheddar cheese
2 tbs chopped green onions
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tsp dried thyme
2 tbs parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Place chicken breasts in large pot, cover with water, bring to boil, simmer for 30 minutes
2. Remove chicken.
3. Cool, bone, skin, and cut into large chunks
4. Cook artichoke according to directions, drain well and pat dry
5. Layer chicken chunks and artichoke hearts in the bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish.
6. In a medium saucepan, melt butter.
7. Blend in flour, then gradually add chicken broth.
8. Stirring constantly, heat to boiling and cook until thickened.
9. Remove from heat.
10. Add wine, cheddar cheese, green onions, and 1/4 cup Parmesan.
11. Blend until smooth
12. In a small bowl , combine bread crumbs thyme and 2 tbs Parmesan . Sprinkle over sauce. Bake uncovered at 350* for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly
