Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) cooked chicken breast chopped
3 tablespoon(s) fuji apple chopped
2 tablespoon(s) black or red grapes chopped
2 tablespoon(s) crunchy peanut butter
1 tablespoon(s) lite mayonnaise (or greek yogurt)
2 teaspoon(s) honey
iceburg lettuce
Directions:
1. Chop chicken meat and fruit, mix in bowl. Mix in peanut butter, mayonnaise and honey.
2. Spoon into open lettuce leaf, roll and serve.
