This is a compilation of two recipes - to create the taste I was after.
Ingredients:
2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
1 medium red apple, diced
1 medium green apple, diced
1/2 cup green grape, halved
1 cup celery, sliced
1 cup walnuts, diced
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 -8 lettuce leaves
6 -8 croissants or 6 -8 rolls
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients - except lettuce and rolls.
2. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
