Ingredients:
10 3/4 ounce cream of mushroom soup, condensed
2 1/2 cups egg noodles, dry
1/2 cup 1% milk
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 lb chicken breast, cooked, cubed
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Cook egg noodles according to instructions, rinse with cold water.
2. Mix soup, milk, pepper, parmesan cheese, vegetables, chicken, and noodles.
3. Put in 1 1/2 qt casserole dish prepared with cooking spray.
4. Bake at 400 F for 25 minutes or until hot.
5. Top with cheddar cheese, bake 5 additional minutes.
