Chicken and Sweet Potato Bake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In small bowl mix ginger, nutmeg, and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle on both sides of chicken breasts and place in baking dish.
  4. Place sweet potatoes around chicken.
  5. Sprinkle any remaining mixture over chicken and potatoes.
  6. Distribute orange peel over everything, then pour apple juice over all.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes.
