Ingredients:
2 cups egg noodles
1 pound chicken, cooked & cubed
1/2 cup shallots, diced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup white wine
1 cup skim milk
2 teaspoons flour
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons parsley
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Cook noodles in boiling water 7-10 minutes. In a skillet, add next 4 ingredients. Cook 3 minutes. Combine the milk and flour. Add to the pan. Cook 3 more minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook until the cheese melts. Serve over pasta.
