Chicken And Meat Shambourak (calzone)

Ingredients:
dough
2 cups flour
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
water
chicken stuffing
1 chicken breast (cut into small cubes)
1/2 green pepper (finely diced)
1/2 red pepper (finely diced)
1/2 onion (finely diced)
1 tsp poultry magic seasoning blend
salt (to taste)
fry the chicken in a hot pan, then add the red and green pepper, onion, salt and poultry seasoning and simmer for 10 minutes. spread it on half the cut dough circle, fold the other half and seal the edges. place in the baking pan, beat an egg and polish it.
meat stuffing
1/2 cup minced meat
1/2 onion (finely diced)
1/2 tomato (finely diced)
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp mesopotamia spices (refer to my pot kabab recipe for the ingredients)
salt (to taste)
boil the meat in a pan to cook, then add the butter, onion, tomato, spices and salt and simmer for 10 minutes. spread it on half the cut dough circle, fold the other half and seal the edges. place in the baking pan, beat an egg and polish it.
Directions:
1. Dough: Mix the dry ingredients (not the water and oil) and form a circle shape with a hole in the middle, put the water and oil in the middle and start pushing the ingredients to the middle, mix by pushing and rolling forward not pressing it until you get consistent non sticking dough. Leave it to rest in a warm place for an hour.
2. Spread the dough (not thick - as it will rise when baked) and cut into small/medium circles and spread the desired stuffing, fold the other half and seal the edges. Place in the baking pan, beat an egg and polish it.
3. Bake in a preheated to 360 F oven for 20 minutes.
