Ingredients:
3 cups chicken broth
6 oz. cooked skinless chicken
2 stalks celery
2 medium carrots
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup corn
2/3 cup (betty crocker) bisquick heart smart
1/4 cup fat free milk
Directions:
1. Stir together stock, chicken,vegetables and herbs in a pot. Bring to boil. Lower heat to simmer. Stir together bisquick milk and may uses some egg beater substitute to form dumplings. Make 6 dumplings. Drop into broth and cook uncovered for 10 minutes. Carefully flip dumplings over and cook covered for 10 more minutes.
