Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained
4 skinless chicken breasts, without skin, cooked and diced
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup frozen corn
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup salsa
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine drained black beans, cooked chicken, red pepper, corn, celery, onions, and cilantro. Stir in salsa. Cover and chill.
