Chicken and Beans Crock Pot

Just made this up! So very yummy!
Ingredients:
10 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans black-eyed peas
29 ounces diced tomatoes
10 1/2 ounces condensed tomato soup
2 packets mild guacamole, mix
lime juice
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except lime juice into crock pot.
2. Cook on low 5 hours.
3. Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
4. Drizzle with a few drops of lime juice.
