Ingredients:
3 ounces chicken, breast, meat only, cooked, chopped
3 ounces chicken, thigh, meat only, cooked, chopped
1/4 cup smart balance
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 cup skim milk
2 ounces mushrooms, canned, sliced
Directions:
1. Melt Smart Balance in saucepan. Add flour and stir until bubbly. Add milk and broth at once and stir cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thick and bubbly. Add chopped chicken and mushrooms. Serve over toast.
