Ingredients:
1 package(s) 10 oz frozen peas
dash(es) cayenne pepper
1 stalk(s) celery chopped
1 pound(s) chicken breast cubed
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
2 tablespoon(s) diced pimentos, drained
3 tablespoon(s) flour
1/2 cup(s) green pepper chopped
1/4 cup(s) onion chopped
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
Directions:
1. In crock pot combine soup, flour, pepper and cayenne, until smooth. Stir in chicken, celery, green pepper, and onion. Cover and cook low 7-8 hours. Stir in peas and pimentos. Cook 30 minutes longer. Serve over rice (we like to use herb and butter rice)
