  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Warm olive oil & garlic. Remove from heat place in shallow bowl. Mix dry ingredients. Coat chicken in oil-garlic mixture then in dry ingredients to coat. Brown coated chicken in non-stick pan then place in shallow baking dish and bake for approximately 30 minutes until chicken is cooked and juices run clear.
