Ingredients:
1 lb chicken thigh
1 cup frozen peas and carrot
1 teaspoon mrs. dash garlic and herb seasoning
Directions:
1. spray pam for 2 seconds, cook chicken. season with mrs dash. once chicken is cooked, add peas and carrots.
