Janis Plageman's cookies might look like ordinary oatmeal...but there's more inside than meets the eye. I packed chocolate chips, raisins, nuts and cinnamon into my recipe, she details from Lynden, Washington. These cookies are easy to make. Best of all, our kids love them! —Janis Plageman, Lynden, Washington
