Another MIA recipe that I used to make on a regular basis. Really easy and not too unhealthy.
Ingredients:
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fruit bits
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease a 9 inch square pan.
3. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together.
4. Spread batter into prepared pan.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
