A very easy but yummy cake from this non baker. Try it and plz let me know. Every one praised me when I served them and I thanked all my buddies for their encouragement. Ingredients:
refined flour ------ 1 cup |
eggs-------- 3 eggs |
refined oil- 3/4 |
butter – 1tbs |
baking powder------ 1/2 tsp |
baking soda- 1/2 tsp |
orange peel powder - 1/2 tsp |
sugar- 3/4 cup |
raisin- handful |
vanilla- 3 drops |
sweet chocolate ( melted) – 1 tbs |
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix melted butter , sugar together and
2. Add eggs and mix it.
3. Melt the sweet chocolate and keep aside.
4. Take a wide bowl and mix all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, orange peel powder , raisin.
5. Now mix both mixture together and add vanilla drops.
6. Flour a cake tin and pour 1/2 of the mixture add 1/2 of the chocolate melted before.
7. Swirl it and add the rest 1/2 cake mixture and add the rest of the melted chocolate.
8. Bake in preheated oven at 180 c for 25 mins or so till it gets cooked.
