Cherry Tomato Lollipops

Great little appetizers or can be served as a side to a BBQ! From Redbook.
Ingredients:
24 cherry tomatoes
1 small ripe avocado
1 tbs fresh lime juice
1 tsp coarse salt
2 oz. jalapeno or tomato and olive jack cheese,diced into 24 pieces.
Directions:
1. With serrated knife,cut 1/4 to 1/2 off the top of each cherry tomato. With melon baller,scoop out seeds,leaving the shell of the tomato intact.
2. In small bowl,mash together avocado,lime juice,and salt till blended. Spoon about 1/2 tsp avocado mixture into each tomato. Top with a piece of cheese. Skewer each tomato to make a lollipop.
