Ingredients:
1 pound(s) asparagus trimmed & halved
1 whole(s) avocado, ripe, cut into cubes
1 cup(s) basil leaves, sliced
1/2 cup(s) crumbled gorgonzola cheese
2 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
1/4 cup(s) extra-virgin olive oil
6 cup(s) halved cherry, grape, & pear tomatoes in varied colors
1/2 teaspoon(s) kosher salt & pepper
2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
Directions:
1. Boil asparagus in a large pot of alted water for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
2. Mix asparagus with remaining ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well to coat evenly with dressing.
