Ingredients:
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 shallot, minced
1/3 cup fresh basil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, heat butter and oil.
2. Add garlic and shallots and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant.
3. Add tomatoes and herbs, shaking pan, for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Do not overcook. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
