Ingredients:
1 large onion thinly sliced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pint red cherry tomatoes stemmed and halved
1 pint yellow cherry tomatoes stemmed and halved
dressing
1 clove garlic minced
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons italian parsley chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Brown onion in vegetable oil in a large skillet.
2. Toss with cherry tomatoes and dressing ingredients.
